Gregory is an experienced rail consultant who has supported rolling stock contracts across varying lifecycle phases, both in the provision of vendor and buy side due diligence and longer-term contract execution through deployment in project management roles. He holds seven years of rail knowledge learnt across various projects in his previous consultancy role.
He has provided support to manufacturers, financiers, train operators and rail based public bodies. Notable projects include providing 3 years’ project management support to Network Rail in their ETCS freight retro-fitment project and supporting various UK passenger fleet programmes. He provides valued insights and decision making throughout all project lifecycle phases, tying his commercial knowledge and project management experience to a grounded technical understanding of rolling stock.
Out of office: Gregory is a seasoned squash player and avid outdoor enthusiast.
