Tom is a highly qualified rolling stock engineering and management consultant with over 22 years’ experience in the rail sector. He has an in-depth understanding of all aspects of rolling stock maintenance, financing, operation and contract management gained on numerous consulting assignments and in roles at all levels within TOCs and asset owners.
Before joining IPEX, Tom was head of engineering at Heathrow Express and held senior roles with Southeastern.
